Towing Issues: The legal way of having vehicles in disrepair removed from my rental home, tow company, disrepair

What is the legal way to have 2 vehicles towed away from my rental home?  The vehicles are parked at my rental home in Glendale, AZ 85302. One vehicle is parked in the driveway, and the other car is parked inside the garage. Both cars are unregistered, uninspected and in disrepair, and leaking oil. for about 8 months I have asked the tenant to remove the vehicles from my property, and reminded the tenant she is in violation of her rental agreement. On 1 July I mailed her a letter requesting the vehicles be removed by July 17,2010, or the vehicles may be towed ay her expense. Please advise... I want to do everything right. Thank You

It sounds like you are trying the legal ways to get the vehicles removed. The letter is the first step.

Next check with a local tow company and see what they tell you that needs to be done.
