Truck Repair: Cummins 24 valve engine wont run, valve engine, pressure sensor

I have a 2000 year Cummins 24 valve engine in a Bluebird school bus. Yesterday while on a route it just quit running all at once. I changed out the fuel filter at the engine and the one on the fuel supply line between the tank and engine hoping that would solve the problem but it did not. I cracked the fuel injector lines and have fuel going to the injectors. I do not know how to tell if I have enough fuel going to the injectors or if there is something else I need to check as to why it will not run. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does the "Check Eng" & "Stop Eng" lights come on?If not check the 5 fuses for ECM.Also check fuel pressure from transfer pump or get a $60 kit that has the new style transfer pump & a pressure sensor but requires ECM recalibration.Should have got a letter for the campaign for transfer pump if it is an actual school bus.Cummins campaign requires the install of a new pump & possibly a new injection pump plus recalibrate the ECM.
