Towing Issues: Fire lane, fire lane, fire lanes

QUESTION: I had a car towed from the an apartment complex. There are never any parking spaces available, so i parked along a curve. Soon to find out it was a fire lane, there are no sighs and poorly marked. I want to find out Georgia's laws on towing and how to go about getting my money back if they illegally towed my car.

the x is where i park. these lines are barely visible no letters no sighs.
i am red/green colorblind so i cant tell exactly what color these markings are maybe orange or yellow. the opposite curve is painted red all the way through with what it look like the same marking but both marking are not even a third the width of a car. i got home at 1 o'clock in the morning and its dark and this is a street light maybe 10 feet away lighting taken parking spots not the fire lane. thank you for reading and helping me with my question.

Title 40 chapter 6 of the Georgia code has all the laws concerning parking and fire lanes. I cannot however find any specific requirements for the markings of said fire lanes. I would recommend going to the courthouse and searching for the information and disputing the citation
