Towing Issues: tow truck tore up the back of my car on Christmas, tow truck company, christmas evening

Hey,
I called a tow truck company to pull me out of my stuck driveway on Christmas evening. In the process they cracked my headlight and bent the trunk.  I heard the crack but didn't think nothing of it. Because  I honest and if I tear up something I would have told the customer.Here the problem because of the whether I never got out the car to check and I was already two hours late to work. When I got I noticed the damage. It was not damaged before the tow and I was not involve in any other events from home to work. The tow truck said they didn't do. So I had to pay a 500 deductible and for a rental, I going to sue because my insurance sucks and refuse to go after them. Do you think I have a chance? I know they did it and my property manager seen the car before they arrived could validate it was not damaged before.

How did it crack the headlight and damage the trunk? These are on opposite ends of the vehicle. If the front of the vehicle was stuck and the damage resulted from whatever it was stuck in or on, then that would not necessarily be the tow company's fault. If the damage to the trunk was done by the wrecker then it should be easy to determine this. I would contact the owner of the company, with your proof and see what he says.
