Towing Issues: sue towed car company, small claims court, tow vehicle

My car waa towed by towed company when i picked up my car i found out that they broke my exhaust. I want to know if i can sue them and if i can sue them do i need the lawyer?

Without details such as what type of tow vehicle, make and model of your vehicle, circumstances around the tow, etc it is hard to say. If you can prove the damage was done by the tow then you can sue them. In most states you do not have to have an attorney for small claims court. That will depend on the amount of damage.
