Towing Issues: Tow Damage, tow company, towing company

QUESTION: So how would I get their liability insurance company information if they do not give it to me.  If this public information that is located somewhere.

ANSWER: Remind me, is this a follow up from a previous question? I get so many request I can't remember.

QUESTION: The tow company damaged the rims while towing and refused to give insurance information at time of tow.  Vehicle was not towed but had to pay for removal from truck.

You may have to contact an attorney. I would recommend contacting the towing company and advising them that you are requesting that they provide you with their insurance information. I would also deliver a request in writing or send it certified mail. If they do not provide it I would contact the regulating agency in your state. Why was the vehicle being towed? What state are you in?
