Question
my truck was towed by a tow company by request of a court officer cause he had a seiizure for a debt that i owed to a bank and the court officer placed a hold on it and the towing company is now saying that i need to pay 25.00 per day although it was out of my control i could of paid the tow the first day but im being forced to pay storage now it dont seen right

Answer
Well the tow company charges for storage on a daily basis and you can think of it as "GROUND RENTAL"

if you were to park in a parking lot at the airport and leave you vehicle is taking up space which is designed to generate revenue.

That is how the tow company works with the storage. It costs them to either purchase or lease the land, and since the vehicle is in their custody, they have to be responsible for it and also provide coverage via insurance in case it is damaged or stolen.
Each of those things costs money.

Sorry to give you that news.
But it is legal
