Towing Issues: Towing from rental property, last attempt, building management

Question
I live in Los Angeles and have one assigned single parking space at the apartment I rent.

Neighbor has two tandem spaces adjacent to mine. She parks in my spot all the time, building management claims to have discussed it with her, but they refuse to consider towing.

Do I have any recourse?

Answer
as a tenant you really have no rights to have the vehicle removed under your authority and authorization.

The management should handle this and I would keep on them about it. Also talk to the neighbor and see what you can do to solve the issue.

If all else fails then I would suggest one last attempt via "Certified letters" to establish a legal trail of complaints and then talk to a lawyer and get some advise.

Do not just decide to have the vehicle towed on your authorization as there are severe penalties if you do that and it is determined to be an illegal impound. It can get expensive fast.

Sorry but not sure how or what else to suggest.
