Who should one speak  with if nether the police agency or the  towing company doesn't complie with a court order  then sells your car

Answer
Well I would have to say that you need to talk to the court about it.   After all if there is a court order then it could be "contempt"

But I know there is a lot more to this issue, as court orders are not just handed out. They take time and in many cases the lien sales of vehicles are also on a time line issue.
