Towing Issues: requesting a photo from a towing company, small claims court, arizona laws

Question
My Jeep was towed from a apartment complex parking lot. I was parked on the edge of a curb, the tires were about 2" on the outside of this curb. The apt manager had it towed, and I wanted to know if by law (Chandler, AZ) I have a right to get a copy of the photo taken by the towing company? I spoke with the towing company and they told me that they will not. He said he shows me the picture when I pick it up and that's as far as it goes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Answer
Well I tried to find specific information on Arizona laws where the tow company is "REQUIRED" to even take pictures of the vehicle and I can not find any, especially for Chandler Arizona.

Now not to say that there is not some ruling or regulation somewhere in either state, county or city laws which requires them. All I can say is that I have not found it yet (after doing answers here for almost 4 years)

That being said, in most cases the tow company will take pictures for 2 reasons, and that is to prove any prior damage to the vehicle, and to also establish the "VIOLATION" for which it is towed.

Now as to getting a copy of the picture, since they are not required to give you a copy (as required in California) I am going to say that the only way would be to go though small claims court to get a ruling and order for the pictures.  But that takes time and money to do, and I am not sure if it is worth it.

Hope this helped.
