Towing Issues: Towing someone in front of my driveway, newark nj, tow company

Question
QUESTION: I live in newark, nj near the corner of the street.  The
corner is a public bus stop which means no parking on that
side.  There's a supermarket across the street from me
which causes problems with my parking.  I have a driveway
and for some reason people think they can just park right
on my driveway blocking me from going in and out.  Is it
possible that I can have them towed and have the tow
company charge them instead of me?

ANSWER: Simple answer,  PUBLIC STREET  and it has to have the police department ticket then and have them towed...
