Towing Issues: can anyone tell me what kind of hitch i have?, tow limits, hitch setup

hitch measurments i pulled a hitch off my 2004 F150 lariat.  part number is XL34 19D521 AC...does anyone know what class,brand,anything about it?

Looks like a factory/OEM hitch which by law requires a rating/load sticker or stamp. Generically most of these class 3-4 hitches will handle 5000-6000 trailer/500-600 tongue weight with no problem as long as the bolt/hardware has not be changed or damaged. Some of these hitches can handle up to 10,000 pounds with a weight distributing hitch setup but this exceeds to tow limits of the truck, so don't do it!
