Towing Issues: Vague parking situation, towed in 10 minutes at Jack in the Box, ridiculous act, sjsu campus

Question
I went to go eat at Jack in the Box and parked at their lot. The first 5 spaces were full, then handicap spots, so I parked in the back where there were at least 8 or more open spots. I saw it was crowded and noticed a stairway leading up to a taqueria. This taqeria had hours posted clearly in view from JinB parking lot, a banner advertisting their business, and even side doors that were visible form Jin B parking lot. These doors were open so I went in for only 10 minutes to buy my buritto and eat it there. There was no line there as it looked new. I came back and was about to be towed. I had to pay $80 on the spot to release my car. I am making 1000 flyers to pass out next to the SJSU campus where the JinB is located calling a boycott for JinB, Towing company, and taqueria. For this clearly ridiculous act. They had 24 tow signs everywhere, however only 1 sign really high up saying parking for JinB only. Obviously I as I pulled in, I was focusing on eye level to the road, and missed this. HOwever, I am upset the stair area was not closed, locked, or had any warnings. Also taqueria management was not surprised when this happened. Other than the flyers, contacting all 3 companies, contacting police,  do you suggest any other actions? Thanks, Raquel in San JOse, Ca

Answer
I really don't have any other suggestions. Since the towing company responded so quickly I can only assume that the parking lot has problems with parking issues. Maybe you could offer suggestions/recommendations to the companies to possibly solve the parking problems. Good luck, any other questions just ask.
