Towing Issues: can they tow my cars?, flat tires, mercedes benz

I rent a two car garage and I have six cars there. Two are inside, two in the driveway and two parked n the street.
Neighboors are apparently not happy with that many cars and I know they called the cops.
Now my question is about the two cars parked outside. One is a 76 BMW an the other one is an 81 Mercedes Benz, they both have a current registration, inspection, insurance and all the tires are inflated. My question is if they can finda reason to tow those cars. I live in NY.

To properly answer the question do you live in NYC or another city. If everything is legal, met requirements, and nothing is in violation they would have no reason to tow your vehicles as you would have the same right as anybody else to park on a public street. It is usually when vehicles are not currently or properly licensed/registered, insured, inspected, permitted, parking violation, and or blight (missing parts, flat tires, wrecked, missing parts, etc. when the vehicle gets towed.
