Towing Issues: Towing for no license, habitual offenders, driving without a license

In Houston, Texas can my car be towed if I'm driving without a license??? Whether I legally have one (not on me) or I don't?

If I understand your question correctly you are asking will the vehicle get towed if you were caught driving without a valid driver's license. In every case I'm aware of the vehicle will be towed. The vehicle must be removed from the traffic stop if nobody has a valid driver's license. In some cases, habitual offenders may have the vehicle impounded for some time.
