Towing Issues: towing, parking tickets, staten island

I live on staten Island  NY I want to know if a car is going to be towed for non payment of tickets can it be towed away if the car is parked in someone elses driveway.  thank you.

Are they parking tickets or traffic tickets? Non payment of traffic tickets will suspended your licenses among other unpleasant things. Unpaid parking tickets in NYC from what I remember will impound your vehicle anywhere within NYC limits.
