Towing Issues: am i covered, car cover, rental agreement

my car cover is not covering the car all the way.the front is under the hood to hold it in place,not really covering the front bumper so i took the tag and placed it in the window.the back is covered completly with the tag on.should i turn the car around so that the part thats covered is exposed or am i fine.please say i won't be towed.i live in maryland.

Not knowing if it's in a public street, yard, alley, apartment complex, etc. I suggest checking your local county/city ordnances. They can be found online through your county/city website on vehicle parking regulations. If you live in a apartment complex check with management or or rental agreement. In most cases the car cover must completely cover the vehicle.
