i want to tow a 2007 impala on a tow dolly is that ok and do i need to put any brake or turn lights on the car when towing we live in AZ.

Answer
Always use tow lights with car dolly or any trailer. Most car dollies have surge brakes for supplement braking built into the trailer tongue and some already have lights mounted on the fenders. Never sacrifice safety and ALWAYS use trailer lights (the dolly is considered a trailer).
