Towing Issues: Towing from private property, saylorsburg pa, civil matter

My stepson has a broken down vehicle in my driveway now for a little over a year, and refuses to do anything about it. I live in Saylorsburg, PA. Can I get the State Police to tow it away?

I doubt the state police would have it towed as it is more a civil matter than a criminal matter.

But as a property owner you do have the rights to have vehicles removed from your private property.   Check with the local police and see what they say or suggest.   

You might also consider sending a "certified letter" to your stepson and give a "time limit" before it is removed.
