Towing Issues: towing, anne arundel county maryland, tow truck driver

I recently parked in a Wendy's parking lot in Anne Arundel County Maryland, saw friends next door at McDonald's, spoke to them in the parking lot and walked back to Wendy's to get my food and my car was towed. The tow truck driver had been sitting in the lot and his wife I found out was in the Wendy's dining room, was this a legal tow.

It could have been a legal tow if it was coincidental that they were at wendys. You should speak to the wendys manager, if in fact you really were intending to eat there, and ask them to request some if not all of your money back. You may ask if there is a contract for patrolling the lot, orif anyone can report a car as being illegally parked
