Towing Issues: personal property, check state towing laws, city towing regulations

I work for a wrecker service in Florida, can you provide me with the statute regarding personal property in vehicles with no inventory sheet from local police departments?

With proof of ownership, you should let anyone (not on hold by police) get their private belongings from their vehicle. You didn't state where in FL you are. You should really know ALL the rules & regulations in your area. Check under www.municode.com to see if you can print a copy.
