Towing Issues: towing, dealing with collection agencies, storage fees

Elkridge, MD; towing company is saying that I need to pay 300 to pick up my car or pay 175 and sign the title over to them if I don't want it.  What's options do I have if I don't want to pick it up at all.

well if you do not want it then you really do not have many options as the "vehicle owner" is responsible for any and all towing and storage fees involved...

That being said, the courts generally side with that ruling and if it came down to it, you would be dealing with collection agencies and the like. And you know how they work...


Sorry but its one of those things which if you leave it and try to forget it you are likely to find a much bigger problem.
