Towing Issues: Towing Damage, illegal parking, towing company

Hi,
  my range rover was towed in the parking lot at my job. The next day I realized that my car is leaking oil. Can I hold the towing company responsible for this? Am I covered by my insurance (full coverage)? Please help this is a 2003 car and I just bought it.

Well now, I really have an issue on this subject.
It deals with the whole issue of why was the vehicle towed, illegal parking or was it broke down...

What kind of tow truck was used, a flatbed or a regular tow truck that lifts by the wheels

Was it towed from the front or rear.

WHAT is leaking,  engine oil, transmission, axles?

There are huge amounts of unanswered questions that need to be addressed on this..

Now as to the insurance coverage, that is open to debate as it all goes back to the unanswered questions.  

I realize your frustration about this, but I can not point you in the right directions without knowing more about it.
