Towing Issues: Flat towable cars, flat towable cars, rv towing

Question
I was just wondering what kind of cars are flat towable. Our Saturn is flat towable and it is a 97. I was just wondering if any newer cars were available, even some suv's, its a gift for my parents who just got done putting me through college and i would like to get them one before the camping season is over.
