Towing Issues: Illegal towing of car, homework question, business space

Question
In the state of Tennessee can a car be towed from a public parking lot where there are several businesses if one of the businesses is only leasing the building? The lot does not have any signs designating special parking spaces for any of the tenants leasing business space on the lot.

I hate to say this, but I can not answer this question as it seems to be a homework question with no real answers....
Cars can be towed if the property owner - manager or leasee says it is illegally parked and signs an authorization to impound...


now this sounds like it might also be a bit of a fight between the tenants...
