Towing Issues: tow from accident, lift tow, semi trucks

Question
Our vehicle was recently towed from an accident scene in Ohio.  It was a medium size SUV that was laying on its side in the roadway.  The vehicle was towed to their yard under a police hold. Our insurance company was charged $155 for the wheel lift tow, plus an extra $350 for special equipment.  Storage and tow out were an additional $245.(6days storage then towed 6 miles to body shop)  Vehicle was under a police hold the entire time. Do these charges seem reasonable?

Answer
They sound reasonable to me, but the special equipment I am interested in.

If they are charging for the roll over fee only, then that is real steep to me.. But if it is for the roll over and maybe dollies and clean up fees, then it might be fair... I would want a better explaination of what the " special equipment " was since it was charged for..

Follow up,  heck if they charged $ 350.00 to roll over a mid sized SUV, I would hate to see what they get for semi trucks... We do not get that much for winching per hour on semi trucks here...
