Towing Issues: is it legal?, oppisite side, hury

Question
My car broke down at a gas staion about 2 miles from my house and i had to call a tow truck. i was in a hury and had a newborn with me so i couldn't wait for the guy to show up and tow it home so my 21 year old sister stayed and waited for the guy to pay him. anyway when i finally got home that night i noticed that my car was parked in front of my home facing the oppisite side of the street. it's facing the wrong way and it's parked on the street i know i can get a ticket for that but is there any law that requires them to park it legally regardless of rather i'm there or not? i mean i paid the guy 50 dollars and who knows how much the ticket would come out to.

Answer
I do not believe there are any laws regarding how to park vehicles which have been towed, but its usually a common courtesy issue to park them correctly...

But also consider a few things about the towing of the vehicle, as the tow truck is usually limited by the position in which the vehicle was parked to start with... It also has to follow laws regarding traffic while in tow and unloading ...

I hope you were able to get the vehicle moved to a safe and legal parking place..
