Cadillac Repair: a/c, fuse panel, cadillac deville

Question
I have a 1990 cadillac deville and i was wondering why there is no condensation coming from my a/c like other vehicles. well first it started blowing the fuse to the a/c and took it to a specialist and he put a bigger fuse in and charged it, but no water from underneith and also will driving around it will all the sudden blow hot air from the vents for about 2 min then go back cold. do you think you may be able to answer these ?'s for me.

Putting a BIGGER fuse in the fuse panel is an ABSOLUTE NO-NO as you can destroy components that are on that circuit.

Per sonally, I would NEVER take my vehicle to this facility EVER again.

On the firewall down near the bottom in back of the engine you will see a small rubber tube about the size of your thumb. Take a PLASTIC straw or something SOFT and poke it up inside this tube as it is most likely clogged with debris.
