Towing Issues: Ford F150 / 5th wheel, 5th wheels, 5th wheel

Question
I've only had experience w/ a bumper-pull camper.  Looking into smaller, lightweight 5th wheels.  Trying to figure out if my 2004 F150 King Ranch can handle a 24' 5th wheel.  I know there are bed issues and have some measuring to do.  The camper in question is a K-Z Sportsmen 2456P, unsure of year but at least 3-5 yrs old.  Specs from manufacturer on 2007 same model # says Unloaded Wht: 6300 #.  Dry Hitch Wht. 1180 #.  Dry Axle Wht. 5110 #.  GVWR 10,000 #.  Any help if greatly appreciated???

Answer
It never ceases to amaze me that I get questions about what something will tow.  and I get a make, and year if  I am lucky.

No engine info, tranny, gearing etc.  Makes it very hard to judge these things.

going by one site, a crew cab F150 for your year should tow up to 9800 pounds.  If you don't have a tow package and have the smallest engine, than you are in trouble though!  If yours is well equipped, then you should be just fine.
