If a towing company is closed on the weekends can they still charge me for Saturday & Sunday if there is absolutely no way I can get my car on those days due to their business hours?

unfortunately for you, the answer is yes they can charge and do charge for every day the vehicle is in their custody..

How ever most all towing companies have what's called a "gate fee" or "after hours release fee"

It covers the cost of a driver coming up to the office and doing the needed paperwork and stuff to release the vehicle to you..
It can be cheaper at times to leave the vehicle however till normal business hours...

I would check back with them about getting the vehicle after hours, but one other thing might be that for what ever reason it was towed, that it needs a release form from the local police, and they are the ones who are not open to give you the papers...
