Towing Issues: Towing a 2003 Ford F150 with electronic transfer case., rear drive shaft, drive shaft

If the rear drive shaft is disconnected can this vehicle be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground.  If not, why.

is this going to be towed behind a motor home or what...

Now if the vehicle is in "TRUE" 2 wheel drive then it will be only applying power to the rear wheels, but then the driveline is still turning into the transmission. Yes removing the driveline would be good advise then to prevent any chance of damaging the transmission..

But there is more to this question I bet ..
