Towing Issues: Towing Rules and Regulations, california dmv, dmv ca

Hi,

Does anyone have a link to the rules and regulations that private tow companies in Santa Clara County have to follow in order to assess fees and such for towing a car. I did a search on google and didn't come up with anything.

If you will search again with the California DMV rules, you will have better luck...
County rules  are not always on the Internet, and as California did change some rules and regulations on Jan 1 that would be where you will find things.
