  Can a trailer that can carry 3 cars be towed without having a regulatory comercial license?

A three car trailer will have approx 9000 to more than 12,000 pounds loaded full, and might require a different license but probably not a commercial license unless you are hauling them as a business.  For instance friends of mine have a three car trailer, but it is for race cars.

But you will have to check with the Department of Transportation in your state to know for sure.  Call any drivers license station and ask.
