Towing Issues: Towing a vehicle, nearby vehicle, urban legends

Hi - I wonder if this 'urban legend' is true.  I was told that if towing your car can damage another nearby vehicle, then your car cannot/will not be towed.  Is this correct?  Thanks for any input.

I really do not understand this question..  If you vehicle is parked right next to another one (like 1 inch away) and any movement will cause it to hit the other vehicle  then it can still be towed ...  We as towers have some neat special equipment to allow for us to get and move vehicles.

Urban legends are just what they sound like,  99 % of them are false.
