i have a 94 f150 v6 was wondering how many lbs i can tow with it.

A quick look at the Edmunds.com web site for used vehicles, shows that the standard cab F-150 with the long wheelbase, a typical configuration, has a towing capacity of 7500 pounds.  With the 145 hp straight six engine, you won't be going up steep hills very fast though.
