Towing Issues: Towing a car parked in front of my house, local police department, private citizens

In my housing neighborhood i have a neighbor that seems to own 3 or 4 cars, and not to mention his buddies arriving every night with 3 or 4 cars. My question would be "these cars are often parked in front of my home, can i have them towed, dont i have more of a right to park or not to park there".thanks

Ok I am going to assume you are talking about vehicles parking on the public street in front of your house.

Sorry but private citizens even home owners have no authority to have vehicles removed from public streets. Its best to contact the local police department, but most of the time its more a civil problem as parking problems are seldom severe.  Plus the priority of the call will seldom get someone there in time to do any thing.  Plus if they are parked legally there will be nothing they can do ..
