Towing Issues: refused fee, can they tow again for that reason, small claims court, grand theft auto

Question
To make a long story short, I was towed from my apartment complex lot where I have a permit allowing me to park.  When I called I calmly explained that them I had been unfairly towed they would not listen and when I asked to speak to the manager they refused.  When I went to pick up my car, I drove it off the lot without paying their requested fine, and have already begun an inquiry through my apartment complex.  Can they tow me again if I am legally parked just because I refused to pay their fee?

Answer
Well now,  at the risk of sounding mean and cruel to you..

YOU JUST STOLE THE CAR from them.  Theft of services or GRAND THEFT AUTO charges can be leveled against you. They did provide a service at the request of someone (who knows who asked for the tow to be done right now )

GO pay the fees and if you feel that you are being treated unfairly there is always the small claims court route..

I hope that you do not get the law involved in this since you took the vehicle from their position ...

Can you get towed again ! YEAH you can,  and it will usually be with an officer on scene to arrest you if you interfere..

Sorry  I know that this is the answer you did not want. But its the truth ..
