Towing Issues: towing with a car dolly, tow dollies, car dolly

I just got a hair cut and my barber said if i plan to tow my new car to Fla i need to check it out for some states will not let you tow a car on a dollie ??  SO I live in new Hampshire and will be going to Olando  the 12 of Aug. and need to know if i can tow my car behind my motorhome to Fla useing rt 95 from Mass To Fla

I may be mistaken, but I am unaware of ANY state or province which outright bans the use of tow dollies.  

Some states have different requirements as to the equipment needed, such as brakes, lighting, registration.  You may want to look into that before you go.  If the vehicle in tow is registered and insured, the tow dolly has tail/brake/turn lights and also have functioning brakes, I would say you're good to go in pretty much every state.

Again, you may want to check every state.
