Towing Issues: Towing over capacity, boat ramp, time trip

Question
I have a 2005 Pacifica rated to tw 3500 lbs. I need to tow a 4100lb boat and trailer - one-time trip - approx 170 miles. Will I damage my car if I try this? Will I be ok putting the boat in the water at public access [again, just one time?]Can I drive slow on the back roads?

Well I really hate to say you can do it without damaging your vehicle.

ITs possible that it will not be bad or do damage, But then it also can cause damage.  

My big concern is at the boat ramp , they are steep and if you have any problems then you get a major car wash.

And as always the answer of slow is good works also..
