Toyota Repair: camry fuse(s)

Hi Ted, on my 1999 Camry LE 4cyl I have the following inoperable:
cigarette lighter, power mirrors, clock
Can you tell me where this fuse or fuses is located?

These fuses are located at the left lower side of the dash, there is a plastic panel which also may be a coin box, pull it out of the dash, you'll see the fuse panel inside, the fuses are all labeled on the back of the cover, check the 30Amp 'power' fuse, gauge fuse, check them all while there.
