Toyota Repair: No power, no start

Question
I have a 1994 Toyota Gt 2.2ltr., dohc with a manual transmission. I bought this car with a Pyle Audiovox alarm, with a killswitch. No fob, or remote for the alarm. Battery got low, removed, recharged, reinstalled. Inserted key into ignition, NO dash lights, NO power, NO start. How do I reset the killswitch, so that I can start my car? ? It has new starter, distributor, and around 200,000 miles on it. HELP? ?

Answer
I don't think the problem is the switch, it's either on or off, I assume it has an on/off position.  It sounds more like the alarm got activated when the battery was removed but that should only keep it from starting, look in the fuse box under the hood, there is a high current fuse rated at about 80 amps, it may be labeled an alternator fuse, this fuse is larger than the rest, the first thing is to check this fuse and replace it and any other fuses that may have blown while the battery was disconnected.
