Toyota Repair: 2004 Toyota Sienna Ignitions Switch

I need to change the ignition switch on my 2004 Toyota Sienna but can't find anything that tells me exactly where it is and how to get to it.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance,

If you're going to replace the lock cylinder with the key you can remove the old one by putting the key in and turn it to the ACC position, remove the plastic covers around the steering column and lock for a small hole in the lock housing, depress the pin inside and pull the cylinder out.
