85 Toyota PU the AC stopped putting out cold. I need a good AC mech in Los Angeles to fix it.  Most indi shops haven't a clue.  Dealer service is expensive.  Any suggestions?

Has it been retrofitted to R-134 Freon? Let me know if you are not sure and I'll tell you how to check. After that we can proceed, does the fan inside work? Does the heater work?
