Toyota Repair: Tacoma interior (dash) turn signal

2006 Tacoma prerunner 2wd. All exterior turn signal light work front/rear/left/right.  However, on the dash, the left turn indicator light (blue arrow) does not light for turns or for hazard mode.  I can hear the switch cycle on/off (clicking).  Suspect blown bulb.  If so, is bulb easily replaced without removing entire dashboard?  Thank you.

The instrument cluster can be removed by itself, look for a couple of screws and remove the trim piece around the cluster, then you will see four screws that attach the cluster to the dash, pull the cluster out, the bulbs are accessible at the back of the cluster.
