Is it possible to not change a timing belt up 155,000 on at v6 tacoma?

In my opinion yes, I have seen plenty of them at this mileage with just slight signs of wear, the engine uses an automatic tensioner so it will not loosen up, the most common are cracks that small cracks that develop at higher mileage, have never seen one break unless the water pump fails, it is a very good idea to replace both at that mileage.
