Toyota Repair: 1998 camry le, wheel alignment, balance problem

Question
I would like to know what coud be wrong with the car. I had a wheel alignment and balancing done , but the car still does not ride smoothly. It's like the tires have to get going faster to feel round. It basically does the hopping at a slow speed and then the tires get round.
could you tell me if there is some suspenion problem with the car. It has 290,000kms. always well maintained.

Hello, it sounds like just like you said, there is a problem with one or more tires, doesn't have to be a balance problem, if the tires are older and show some wear there could be a tire tread separation, this is usually not visible externally, it could even be a bent wheel but you would think they would have found that while balancing the tires
