Toyota Repair: P0773 Shift Solenoid E Electrical, emissions test, metal particles

Has the check engine light on, failed Emissions test. What do I need to fix. Where is the location of this Solenoid.

Thi8s solenoid is inside the transmission on the valve body, in most cases this code comes up because of contaminated fluid which can clog the shift solenoid, this particular solenoid is for the lock up torque converter, the torque converter may be starting to go out or another part of the transmission is starting to fail causing metal particles to clog the solenoid. I would recommend removing the transmission oil pan for inspection.
