Toyota Repair: 94 Celica GT 2.2, phillips screws, instrument bulbs

Two questions:  How to change out dash instrument bulbs and remove the dash?

Vibration in steering column when stopped in gear idle.  Doesn't matter if A/C is on or off.  Had same problem in daughters 94 Camry.  Changed front and rear mounts.  Still there too. Dog bone ok.  

Answer
The instrument cluster can be removed to get to the bulbs, remove the two phillips screws on the trim piece surrounding the instruments, you'll find them underneath, then remove the 4 screws that hold the cluster in and remove the electrical connectors.
Check to make sure that the exhaust components are not making direct contact with any part of the body, also check to see that no part of the engine mount metal parts touch any part of the body.
