Toyota Repair: 4Runner misses after tune up, coil pack, trouble code

What could be causing my 99 3.4 4Runner to keep missing once it warms up after changing the plugs and wires? I just bought it and the previous owner put single prong plugs and the plug for cylinder 3 was stripped with an insert in it. I re-tapped the hole and put NGK dual prong plugs all around, changed the wires, and replaced the coil pack on cylinder 3. I'm almost broke what could it be?

A misfire will usually set a diagnostic trouble code in the computer on this wngine, please take the truck to an Autozone, Advance Auto or similar partds store, they will help you get the codes that are stored at no charge, I will need the specific code numbers, please reply with them once you have that information and I can help.
