Toyota Repair: code po430, time restriction, o2 sensors

Question
My wife has a 2002 rav4 it has 139,000+ miles. A couple of days ago the check engine light came on. The rav is running fine, not missing. Just the light is on. I took it to Autozone today to get the code read. It can up PO430. I have replaced 3 of the O2 sensors in March/April 2012 and plugs along with a coil about the same time frame. What or where should I start with?

Answer
Hello, this is a catalityc converter code, not an O2 sensor failure, Toyota had issued a service bulletin a while back which consists of recalibrating the engine control module, if this did not work the cat converters were replaced, the warranty period for this was 8yrs/80,000 miles but I believe this turned into a recall designated SSC 60I, you should contact a Toyota dealer with your vehicle VIN# and ask if the computer recalibration was done and if the service campaign applies, there is no mileage or time restriction for campaigns/recalls.
